About the role
Teamliva is hiring a Remote Healthcare Coordinator (Bengali) for a full-time, long-term role supporting a healthcare provider. You will be the point of contact for patients, handling inbound and outbound calls and emails about their care.
Day to day, you will schedule, reschedule and coordinate medical appointments, give patients their appointment details, answer related questions, and pass on test result updates and turnaround times. You will keep detailed records of every interaction and provide administrative customer service support.
The role is 100% remote, 40 hours a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (New York), and compensation is paid in USD. Fluent English and Bengali, previous customer service experience and a reliable computer setup are required.
What you’ll do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails for patient inquiries
- Schedule, reschedule and coordinate medical appointments
- Provide appointment details and answer related questions
- Deliver test result updates and turnaround time information
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and communications
- Provide administrative customer service support
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What we’re looking for
- Proficient English, written and spoken
- Proficient Bengali, written and spoken
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Windows 10+ computer, dual monitors and high-speed internet
- Available to work Eastern Time hours
