About the role
Teamliva is hiring a Remote Home Care Intake Specialist for a full-time, long-term role supporting a home care organization. You will manage the intake process for new home care clients from the first referral through to a completed, well-documented file.
Day to day, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries and referrals, gather and accurately document the client information the agency requires, schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with caregivers and internal teams.
The role is 100% remote, 40 hours a week, aligned to U.S. Eastern (New York) business hours, and compensation is USD-based. Clients trust you with sensitive information, so professionalism and confidentiality matter as much as speed. Proven hands-on home care intake experience and fluent English and Spanish are required.
What you’ll do
- Manage the intake process for new home care clients

What we’re looking for
- Proficient English, written and spoken
- Proficient Spanish, written and spoken
- Proven hands-on home care intake experience
- Experience in the healthcare sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work U.S. EST (New York) business hours
- Windows 10+ computer, dual monitors and high-speed internet
