Employer of record (EOR)
EORs let you hire in a country where you have no legal entity. The EOR holds the employment contract and meets local labour law; you decide what the person works on and how.
An EOR does not usually find candidates, provide an office or equipment, or manage retention. An offshore staffing partner covers those parts as well.
